Jared Axen, who is a nurse at Valencia Hospital, has a very interesting way of soothing his patients. He started off by casually singing in the hallways. He soon realized that his patients were soothed by the sound of his voice.
Many of the his patients would actually come out of their rooms just to hear Jared sing. There is a video online showing Jared singing to an elderly lady. His singing brings tears to the woman’s eyes. Jared was recently interviewed by a team of reporters from the Los Angeles Times. He talked about his singing and stated that it was a great way to bond with another person.
Jared has been working at Valencia Hospital for the past five years. He has touched many lives with his beautiful singing voice. He is often referred to as the “Singing Nurse.” He even takes song requests from his patients. Jared’s singing has not only touched the lives of his patients, but it has also touched the lives of other people who work at the hospital.
It takes a special type of person to be a nurse. However, Jared is truly a one-of-a-kind nurse because he loves making people happy with his singing.
