There is a group of talented young singers from Lubbock, TX entitled the Cactus Cuties. The girls may be small in stature, but they have some very powerful voices. The Cactus Cuties have had a variety of performances. They have even sang at major sporting events and on Oprah. Furthermore, they have videos on YouTube that have been watched by people all around the world.
The girls decided to do a impromptu rendition of an Etta James classic called “Something’s Got A Hold On Me while they were in their dressing room.”
The girls sing together in perfect harmony. One of the girls also manages to hit some very tough notes. The girl’s amazing singing ability is not the only thing that made the performance amazing. The girls sing with emotion. Despite their age, they understood the emotion, depth and soul of the song that they were singing.
It was a unique rendition of a classic song. The three minute video of their performance has been posted on YouTube. It has been viewed over 1,600 times on YouTube. It also received 1.5 million likes on Facebook. People are amazed at how these little girls sound like they have been singing for many years.
