JK Rowling Sums Up Trumps Pathetic Campaign With These Few Words. That Burns!

Author JK Rowling created a media sensation in December 2015 when she tweeted that presidential hopeful Donald Trump was worse than Lord Voldemort, a character she created for the Harry Potter book series. Currently, Rowling has turned her attention to the team running Trump’s campaign.

Katrina Pierson, who acts as a spokesperson for Trump, recently had a four-year-old tweet go viral. In the tweet, she spoke of President Obama’s father having been born in Africa, and Mitt Romney’s father’s birth in Mexico. She finished the message by asking if there were any “pure breeds left?” The tweet caused an angry reaction across social media. Rowling replied by saying, “Death Eaters walk among us.”

Death Eaters are followers of the fictional Lord Voldemort, engaging in torture and murder against those they consider impure, such as wizards and witches who have Muggles in their bloodlines.

Rowling is known for her creative and pointed retorts on Twitter, striking back at the Westboro Baptist Church when it expressed disdain at the idea of same-sex marriage between two of her characters. Rowling has also used the platform to offer support to those struggling with sexual identity and orientation.

In the meantime, Trump is being endorsed by Sarah Palin, who strongly opposes the LGBT agenda and recently gave a support speech for Trump during a campaign stop in Iowa.
